Abstract

Various oxetanyl-functionalized aromatic hydrazones and enamine have been synthesized by the multi-step reaction procedures. Full characterization of their structure is presented. The synthesized materials were examined by various techniques including differential scanning calorimetry, UV spectrometry, electron photoemission and time of flight techniques. The electron photoemission spectra of the layers showed the ionisation potentials of 5.46-5.61 eV. Room temperature hole drift mobility of some derivatives molecularly dispersed in bisphenol Z polycarbonate ranged from 10-6 to 4×10-5 cm2/Vs..

Keywords
