Abstract
The studied compounds were prepared by decyclization of oxazoline N-acilaminoacid under action of methanol, ethanol propanol and isopropanol. The temperature dependence of the electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient of the respective compounds were investigated using thin film samples (d = 0.40 μm – 2.35 μm), deposited from dimethylformamide onto glass substrates. It was found that compounds show typical semiconducting properties. The values of some characteristic parameters of studied compounds (thermal activation energy of electrical conduction, ratio of carrier mobilities, etc) have been determinated. The mechanism of electronic transport in the films is discussed in terms of band gap representations. The values of the optical band gap energy are determined from the absorption spectra..
